About Michael

Michael Matusik is the Vice President of Investments of Prime Net Lease. Michael represents a wide range of clients such as Private Investors, Franchisors, Developers and Institutions across the entire U.S.

Michael specializes in the Acquisition & Disposition of various single & multi-tenant net leased properties nationwide with a core focus on convenience store/gas stations and fast food restaurants.

With 10 years of experience under his belt, Michael prides himself in having a client centered focus, in-depth understanding of the market and an unparalleled work ethic. Michael consistently stays in contact with his current and former clients, and always tailors a specific strategy to each individual client with the goal of providing services that cannot be matched by others.

Prior to entering Real Estate, Michael Matusik graduated from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in just three years.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife & his daughter as well as his nieces and nephews, playing basketball, soccer and golf.
